  2. 50 ml All purpose flour (or cake flour)
  3. 50 ml Milk
  4. 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  5. 5 grams Baking powder
  6. 350 ml ★ Sugar
  7. 300 ml ★ Water
  8. 1 ★ Cardamon powder
  9. 1 Oil for frying

  1. Bring the butter and the milk to room temperature.

  8. Fry in oil heated to about 160°F Celsius until golden brown (more on the brown side).
  9. Dunk them in the syrup. In about 30 minutes, the balls will have expanded from all the syrup they soaked up.
