- 1 cup grated Beetroot
- 1 cup boiled mashed aloo(potato)
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp besan
- 1 cup coriander
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

- Take a big mouth bowl put grated Beetroot,mashed aloo
- Add maida,cornstarch,besan,breadcrumbs,mix well all together.
- Then add coriander,salt,chilli powder,garam masala,dhaniya,cumin powder,amchur mix well until it forms nice kabab dough kind.
- Take sticks place kabab dough on the middle of stick wash hands give nice shape, then drop into oil and deep fry once it get nice golden colour drain out in a tissue paper.
